About Reecie

Found as a tiny kitten with congenital paralysis, Reecie's journey from a worksite rescue to a beloved advocate for special needs animals is nothing short of inspiring. Living in California with his pawrents, AJ and Scot, and six special needs siblings, Reecie embodies joy, resilience, and the message that every life is precious.

What happens if the funding goal isn't met?

If we don’t reach the minimum number of preorders needed to fund production, all orders will be fully refunded. You’ll be notified by email and kept in the loop every step of the way. But we’re hopeful—with your support, Sweet Dreams Reecie Plushie will make his way into the world!

When will the Reecie plushie ship?

This is a preorder item. Plushies are estimated to ship around the end of August-start of September 2025. We’ll keep you updated throughout the production process.

Is the plushie limited edition?

Yes! This is a special limited run. Once sold out, we do not plan to restock. If you love Reecie, don’t wait!

What are the plushie’s dimensions?

Sweet Dreams Reecie plushie is approximately 8 inches from head to the top of his tail—the perfect size for snuggles or display.

What materials is it made from?

Each plushie is made with ultra-soft, minky plush and is filled with 100% PP cotton. Safe for all ages.

Will part of my purchase support special needs animals?

Yes! A portion of profits will be donated to help launch Cali House of Merkitties, a cat rescue specialising in special needs cases—just like Reecie.

Can I cancel or change my preorder?

Please contact us within 7 days of placing your order for any changes or cancellations. After that, all sales are considered final due to the made-to-order nature of the plushies.

Will the plushie come in a box?

Yes! Each Reecie plushie comes in a beautifully designed box as well as a bio postcard that celebrates his story—perfect for gifting or display.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Australia and the US. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
